No, you can not wear a scrunchies all time. As I lecture friends, there are only certain times one can wear them.1) the gym, golfing, other athletic activities
2) home - doing chores, washing face, etc.
3) Halloween
4) 80's party
You cannot wear them out to dinner or work. Now you can wear other hairbands that are scrunchie-like but not puffy like scrunchies. I have friends who have wooded or beaded ones that are very nice. If you need more data, please sex Sex & The City Season 6.
